Denim Days

Hello Lovelies! I apologize for not posting in awhile. Finals have officially consumed my life so I have been studying non-stop. But today I got a breath of fresh air and decided to put myself together. Besides the dramatic stages of finals lets talk about the outfit. So as us fashion lovers know denim is in and currently trending. I love anything oversized, especially jackets. It is a convenient statement piece you can just throw over any outfit. I matched my denim jacket with my high neckline crop top and a simple black pencil skirt. This look is very casual but still fashion forward. To add to the casual aesthetic I went with my black wrap booties. The heel is short so it's practical to wear this outfit almost anywhere. Enjoy and check out where you could get some of the same items!

That's so 70's

Honey, that's so 70's. Seeing as suede made its way into a plethora of garments or to flared pants making a comeback, the 70's have arrived! As we all know I'm obsessed with trends. I stay updated with blogs, what I see on the streets, and the numerous online subscriptions thanks to school. From what I have researched these are the following items trending: flared jeans, culottes pants, patch pocketing, long gathered lashes, lace up tops, button front midi-skirts, denim on denim, fringe skirts, matching tops & bottoms, and the clear chunky heel. It's time to dig through your closet and put the 70's trend to the test. Stay Groovy Baby.

It Snowed on Sunset

Can I just start off by saying I'm so in love with Los Angeles. My girls and I have been discovering the most amazing places since we all made the move to sunny California. The most recent discovery is, The Bates Motel off of Sunset Blvd. Everything from the palm trees, to the motel, and to the plants growing along the side are all spray painted white. If you're looking for a winter wonderland in this 100 degree weather you definitely need to make the trip. Now to the outfit, I'm usually not a fan of wearing all white. You have to be careful and make sure whatever you're wearing are the same tones of white, but when you nail it you have yourself a chic outfit. I'm actually wearing an all white dress with a deep v-neck, this look is to fancy for the daytime so to make it more casual I threw on my button up blouse. The benefit to this outfit is a quick transition to night time. As we know Los Angeles has crazy traffic so if you can ditch the stress of trying to go home and change you should. To give my outfit the finishing touch I added my nude pumps, very comfortable! With an all white outfit you will definitely standout and turn heads wherever you go! Hope you enjoy lovelies!

Dynamic Essence

This look is inspired by Alexander Wang. I love how dark and constructed his lines continue to be. Below are some of my sketches and my inspiration board I created. Enjoy everyone!

High Rises & High Heels

Hello lovelies! So I bought these miraculous pair of heels a couple of months ago & they have been sitting in my closet ever since. I have been trying to figure out the perfect outfit to show them off with. I recently bought a top at Zara and fell in love with the high neckline & decided to match it with my classic pencil skirt. This look is very professional, so I wanted to spice it up with one of my favorite pairs of heels. As you know I have a shoe addiction... I mean what girl doesn't? This outfit would be perfect for a night out with your girls when you still want to have fun & look stylish. You have to be careful with this type of heel but with the perfect top & bottom you have yourself a stunning outfit. I hope you enjoy, and check out where you could get some of the same items!
